The handsome dude who is a father of very cute three children is also a philanthropic who  has used his wealth and wisdom to assist less privileged in the United States of America where is currently residing. Yinka Rythmz in this exclusive interview bared it all on his life and career:
Can you tell us extensively about yourself and family background?

[Yinka Rythmz : My name is Adeyinka Quadri Adeola-Hazzan. Popularly known as Yinka Rythmz a.k a Omo Somebody. I am based in the United States of America in the state of Nevada, in the World entertainment City, Las vegas. My Father is the late Alhaji Rasheed Adio a.k.a 2nd Barrister lagerige) also known as Mr. Somebody.  Music is my inheritance from my late father while Medical field (pharmaceutical) is my everyday profession. I am one out of His 13 kids and im the only one that choose to carry his legacy regardless of my Busy life. I am a single father, i have 3 beautiful children.

Briefly tell us your journey to music

Yinka Rythmz : I was born into music, raised by the profit made from the music. I came to United States with my dad in the year 1996/1997. As a child i had passion for playing Drums. Which i was the top of my peers and often times when I’am around, i go to shows with my late father to play with him back in Houston. This made me popular drummer..I played for churches, local artists, exhibition and prominents artists and musicians of all genres. I mean, artists like late Late Dr Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, General Kollinghton Ayinla, Dele Taiwo, Rasheed Ayinde, Osupa Saheed, Obesere, Sir Shina Peters and all other US based artists and band.
While i was in college 2001/2002 i toured with K1 king Wasiu Ayinde playing the Drum. In 2003 i moved to California i joined a band called Samco Success, we were all together for  over 4 years before i started concentrating on my pharmaceutical Business after my Graduation. At this time I have gotten a job in Las Vegas. I was in the choir at the RCCG house of praise.
Due to my charisma and socialite attitude. The instrumentalists of the church decided to add color to the annual anniversary of the church in 2008. We set up a reception after the main anniversary service and i was asked to lead the band due to my lifeband experience. That was the 1st time i stood in front singing. It was so welcoming. That night we got invited to 2 separate shows in vegas due to the quality of the performance.

In 2009 may 10, i got a call from Houston of my dad demise due to his ongoing Heart problem. After the burial, there was a reception organised by association of friends, family and musician. It was called Artist night.
After several performances in honor of my dad. They finally called me to give a vote of Thanks on behalf of the Family. One of the Artist (Sir Melloh Rythmz) immediately started teasing me that i should proof that im the true son of my Father. So i decided to sing some of my Dad's hooks (oriki) as we call it. Everybody in the auditorium were in tears. That was the day, i was mandated by His closer friends, band members and Close relatives never to let go of his legacy.

I started my band officially in 2010, called De'Rythmz band. i decided to go on a US tour...it was a crazy idea but a wonderful experience...it was a bitter-sweet success because then no one knows who i was, they can only recon with my dad's name. It was highly accepted by some just because the style is a like bit modern not the typical local Fuji. It was classy and the theme of the tour is catchy "Gbas-Gbos".
Because of the dynamics, the approach of utilising the social media and the structure at which the advert was made...the process, the idea, the concept woke up a lot of artists and promoters...We got a lot of followers and fans.
In 2012/2013 I was approach by Numerous Vendors in the area of sponsorship and promotions, we got numerous recognition and we decided to embark on another record breaking and setting tour called "R U DONE". We toured 21 major cities sponsored by Nuvo french Wine and Vomoz communication.
2015 was the year of "I AM Somebody tour"
I travelled with at least 8 band members but the team is 13 men band called  Teamsomebody.  We performed in  parties, concerts, church events and exhibitions.  My las vegas annual end if the year concert is one of the biggest shows in The US, where i featured prominent Nollywood actors, hip hop artists, Dancers, fashion shows and comedians...

But as a qualified pharmacist, you are expected to follow that field passionate with out given any proffesion second thought or you decided to pint tent with your late fathers job?
Yinka Rythmz : Yes you are right, medical business is a field which gives no room for nothing talkless of a wide range proffession like Music. Its Just the Grace of God... In as much as i dont want it to look like Music is not my Major priority. I hold my father's legacy so dear.
i believe my dad died too soon when he was at his prime  time, so the only thing i owe him is to showcase his talent, versatility, his unheard messages. And moreso, when you look at me, hear my voice you will surely know. .He lives in me to speak, sing and perform to the world...

So how did you combine both?
Yinka Rythmz 1: Monday to  Thursday, all for  medical nothing else
but Friday to  Sunday for  Entertaiment world.

As a successful artiste in diaspora, how will you compare music here  and there?
Yinka Rythmz : There is a lot of competition in Nigeria, theres no implementation, no policies and procedure guiding the copyright securities. Here in the US, theres what we called "Rights".There are implementations set aside guiding producers, promoters, Artists, instrumentalists...
Yes,  entertainment is more expensive here in the US compare to Nigeria but the Guidelines made it easier and we are so relaxed and feel safe to do anything concerning production and promotion of our works...knowing well that there are laws, rules, regulations and  Act of Laws that secured our Works and Music...

Yinka Rythmz : Omo Somebody ,  Somebody's Son. Mr. Somebody was the nickname King Sunny Ade gave my daddy in the process to replace his former Stage name 2nd Barrister
After his demise, .i acquired the name Omo Somebody .means Somebody's Child. Its also biblical, the body who lives in me is greater than those of the world.

What turn you off and what  inspired you?
[

Yinka Rythmz : I get most of my inspiration from the fear of failure, the joy of meeting new people and most importantly the thought  and challenges surrounding my father's legacy.  My turn off is being bored...i hate to be bored.
Tell us about your memorable day

Yinka Rythmz : The day i went to NewYork 2011 during Gbas-Gbos tours and over 400 people were present to meet, listen and enjoy what i have to offer. That was the 4th city We stopped at, moreover New York happen to be an utmost challenge for my career because as at that time no one know who Yinka Rythmz was talkless of Omo Somebody. It  was the day i got my Music that i am born for greatness

The bad day  was In New Jersey 2011, promoters never believed in the movement..We sent the advertising packages, the show promotional items,.nothing was done,.our team had called to verified how the ground works was working out.
The promoter kept giving us positive reports,.we usually anchor the media promotion and advertisement and fund the promotional packages for the in house/city promoter all that is required from the promoters to do is execute ground promotion among their friends, families and well wishers.
It was a surprise to us that, nobody knew we were stopping by at the venue, the promotional packages and advertising materials we sent over 4 months prior were being open right in front of us the same evening we were due to perform.
After flying with 8 bands members, hotel fees and even workmanship.
I was really disappointed in as much as i understand the situation that it was all because I'm not even qualified to be called an upcoming artist. At the end of the day...we end up performing to 20people.
Is that development taught you any lesson?

Yinka Rythmz : The event taught me that People only promote a ready made artist they dont believe in upcoming Artists.

Finally, your message to your teeming fans
[
Yinka Rythmz 1: I will like to say thank you so much for the Love, the Support and the Encouragements...
I am somebody because of your loyal contributions towards my daily growth through your endless love and support.  God will continue to bless you all. And pls dont settle for less because. You are not a nobody, you are not anybody and you are not everybody. Always touch your chest and reassure yourself that YOU ARE SOMEBODY. Thank you
