One business that has continued to remain on the lips of many negatively and gives heartbreak to those who had fallen into their traps is the real estate business especially those who are never truthful with their deals.
An outfit that allegedly falls into that category is the Olatunji Banjoko led-Threeco Construction Company Limited who is presently said to be causing unrest at Erebe town, ijebu Ogun state.
It was gathered that few years ago the Oloja Adekoya (OFIRIGIDI) Anikinaiya Family, a Royal line of the Anikilaya Ruling House of the incumbent Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona, Ogbagba II got a court injunction as the rightful owner of the Erebe town and it's villages spreading to the Ketu-Epe axis of Lagos State but at the moment there are those perceived to be land grabbers on the land who are claiming to be the owner.
Impeccable sources alleged that these land grabbers who are identified to include Awokoya Yesufu Onirete, Oludaisi mosuro, Olomu, Ashafa Olaitan, Oyebo Oriyomi obateru, Segun Lawal, Folorusho Lamidi, Gbenga Adekoya, Najeem Fatai, Najeem Sikiru, Abayomi Adelaja among others are parading themselves to be from/ connected with one Sangokoya family and flaunting fake court documents to be the rightful owner. It was gathered that these individuals who got the backing of Threeco are not from Sangokoya family as there is no such name in Ijebuland.
These land grabbers, according to the residents of the area said they are causing unrest in the area as they go about chasing people away from their lands and destroying uncompleted buildings while they allegedly asked those who had no structure on their lands to come for a repurchase. It was also gathered that the land grabbers are said to be in the good book of security agencies who are acting against the law passed by the last administration of the governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun that forbid land gabbers in the state.
Finding has it that the fake Sangokoya family has employed the service of Threeco Construction Company Limited as the official developer and seller of the lands. It was also revealed that the Managing Director of Threeco construction company, Olatunji Banjoko is allegedly threatening the Oloja Adekoya (OFIRIGIDI) and the Anikilaya Family with police as some chiefs are presently in the police net.
Efforts to speak with Threeco construction company Managing Director Olatunji Banjoko or any representatives proved abortive as at press time.
