Friday, December 18, 2020 will go down in history as a Landmark achievement of Comrade Dare Durosimi; the indefatigable Chairman of Radio, Television, Theatre and Art Workers Union (RATTAWU), Lagos State Council and his formidable executive team on the opening of a new Secretariat at 15, Ogunusi Street Aguda Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos.
In attendance to grace the occasion were men and women that matter in the labour industry.
Amongst them are Comrade Dr. Yemisi Bamgbose, former National President of RATTAWU, Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on Labour matters, Hon. Babatunde Williams, Otunba Sobola, Director, Industrial Relations, Lagos State, The Chairman, Lagos State Joint Negotiating Council (JNC), Comrade Rhamon Balogun and Comrade Adewale Adele, who is the Chairman, Parliamentarian Workers Union, Lagos State Council and many more.
The Landlord of the facility, Comrade Shittu who happened to be a vibrant Comrade in his working days in the Textile & Garment Workers Union, was also in attendance.
They all felicitated with RATTAWU Lagos State Council and wished the Union greater heights in their service to their members and humanity.
Comrade Dare Durosimi in his address urged members to continue observing Covid -19 protocols particularly during Xmas and New festivities.
